For grouting, HDPE pipes are used. The cement used for grouting is CEMI 32,5 or CEMI 42,5. The ratio of cement and water of grout is to be in the range of 0.4 to 0.55. This helps the mixture attain comprehensive strength of 25-30 N/mm2. 

 

Only one tendon anchor strand is used. The tendons formed are made with a 6-wire strand using class 2 relaxation. 

 

For example, if you use 100kgs of cement grout mix, you need to use 55 liters of water.
